Private Pay Practice
I am transitioning toward a private-pay practice in order to provide focused, high-quality care without the constraints often imposed by insurance companies. Private pay allows for greater flexibility, deeper clinical work, and a more personalized approach, particularly for couples and trauma-informed therapy.
That said, I am still accepting insurance for some clients at this time, depending on location and plan.
Session Rates
Couples Therapy
- $200 per 60-minute session
Couples work is more intensive and complex than individual therapy. It requires careful attention to emotional regulation, relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and real-time interaction. My approach is specialized, integrative, and grounded in years of clinical experience working with relational systems.
Individual Therapy
- Rate discussed during initial contact, depending on service type and location
Insurance Information
I am currently credentialed with insurance providers in Washington, Florida, and New Hampshire. Because insurance networks and coverage change frequently, I do not list specific plans on this site.
If you wish to use insurance, please:
- Contact your insurance company directly to ask whether I am an in-network provider, or
- Email me at [email protected], and I will be happy to help you determine whether your plan may be accepted
Clients are responsible for understanding their own benefits, including deductibles, copays, and coverage limits.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am not an in-network provider for your plan, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. I can provide a detailed superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Payment Policies
- Payment is due at the time of service
- Secure electronic payment options are available
- Telemental health sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform
A Note on Value and Commitment
Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and resources. Especially for couples, meaningful change requires consistency, honesty, and a willingness to engage deeply. My role is to provide a steady, skilled, and grounded therapeutic space where growth is possible.
